Volunteers will prepare the school Cafeteria by marking and labeling booth locations for the arrival of the artisans. Volunteers should be able to bend over and sit on floor easily.

Volunteers will setup the CNN Mercantile in the lobby. Volunteers will setup CN&N products for sale.

The setup of the Gym booths has been broken down into six jobs: Setting/Taping the tarp over the Gym floor, marking/labeling booth locations, setting electrical cords and lobby setup of signage. Student helpers will be available to help with this job. Voluteers will be assigned a job by the Location Chair on arrival.

Volunteers will ensure all volunteers understand their assignment and where to report. They will ensure that all student volunteers sign-in at the beginning of their shift and sign-out when they leave. They will answer all volunteer questions or find a chairperson who can help. Will have pizza for late volunteers.

Arrive at 4pm. There will be a rush of volunteers arriving at 4 and your shift will start as soon as you get there.

Note: The volunteer table was setup in the cafeteria for early volunteers and will be moved by the volunteer chair to the lobby by the school office after school is dismissed.

Volunteers will help Artisans with needs and answer questions during setup of their booths. Volunteers should not touch or move Artisan's products.

Volunteers will direct Traffic around the High School Building and Parking Lots during Artisan arrival. Special reflective Vests should be worn by all Volunteers.

You'll be given a vest when you sign in at the volunteer table. Bring a headlamp and/or flashlight.

Volunteers will aid the Bake Sale and Wrapping Chairs unload all of their supplies into the Cafeteria.

Once school is dismissed and students have cleared the Lobby, Volunteers will move these supplies to the Bake Sale/Wrapping Staging Area in Lobby between 4:00-4:14pm.

Volunteers will set up Bake Sale tables and check out stations. Volunteers will arrange wrapped and priced baked goods on the tables noting special sections for items such as Gluten-free.

Volunteers will artistically wrap bake goods for sale using Boutique supplied holiday wraps and ribbons. Experienced volunteers will price items after they are wrapped.

Volunteer will use their vehicle to pickup all bake sale items delivered to the CN&N meeting in the morning and deliver these items to the school round-about in the afternnon. Student bake sale runners will then deliver these items to the Wrapping area in the Lobby.
