2026 Community Grant Program
Proceeds from the CN&N Holiday Boutique allow us to give back to the communities that support our annual event through our Community Grant Program.
2026 Community Grant Applications will be accepted from
September 1 - October 15, 2026
Application close at 11:59 PM on October 15
Who May Apply
Before beginning the application, please review the following requirements. The Organization applying must:
- Be a nonprofit organization.
- Must be registered with the State of Colorado or have an application pending.
- Must serve one or more of the following communities: Conifer, Evergreen, Bailey, Pine, Morrison, Indian Hills, and/or Kittredge

Provide their most recent applicable IRS Form 990-series filing
A newly established organization whose IRS filing is not yet available or is currently in progress may still apply. The organization will be asked to explain its current filing status in the application.
Before Applying
Please have the following information available:
- Organization and primary contact information
- Brief description of your organization and whom you serve
- Information about the specific project, program, service, or need for which funding is requested
- Amount of funding requested
