Volunteers will direct Traffic around the High School Building and Parking Lots during busy times for Artisans arrival in the morning and departure in the evening. Special reflective Vests should be worn by all Volunteers.

Volunteers will help Artisans with needs and answer questions during setup of their booths. Volunteers should not touch or move Artisan's products.

Volunteers will roam the Boutique Artisan areas in the Gym and Cafeteria, serving as a the face of CN&N and the Boutique. This important job builds relationships with the Artisans, gathers comments and feedback for the boutique committee and finds help for items Artisan may need (think their pen is not writing).

Volunteers will be the face of CN&N in the CN&N Booth, providing information and answering questions. Volunteers will be provided with CN&N brochures, business cards and membership forms. Volunteers will also collect any completed membership forms.

Volunteers will remove all CN&N Boutique materials in the School Gym and Cafeteria and Lobby. This includes Removing Booth Markings/Signs, Removing Electrical, Sweeping and Removing Gym Tarp and General Cleaning. Student helpers will be available to help with this job. Voluteers will be assigned a job by the Location Chair on arrival.
