VOLUNTEER

Volunteers will prepare the school Cafeteria by marking and labeling booth locations for the arrival of the artisans. Volunteers should be able to bend over and sit on floor easily.

The setup of the Gym booths has been broken down into six jobs: Setting/Taping the tarp over the Gym floor, marking/labeling booth locations, setting electrical cords and lobby setup of signage. Student helpers will be available to help with this job. Voluteers will be assigned a job by the Location Chair on arrival.

Setup Voluteer table and supplies in the Cafeteria for the early volunteers. Once school is dismissed and students have cleared the Lobby, move Volunteer Table to the Volunteer Area in the Lobby.

Volunteers will help Artisans with needs and answer questions during setup of their booths. Volunteers should not touch or move Artisan's products.

Volunteers will direct Traffic around the High School Building and Parking Lots during Artisan arrival. Special reflective Vests should be worn by all Volunteers.

Volunteers will aid the Bake Sale and Wrapping Chairs unload all of their supplies into the Cafeteria. Once school is dismissed and students have cleared the Lobby, Volunteers will move these supplies to the Bake Sale/Wrapping Area in Lobby.

Volunteers will set up Bake Sale tables and check out stations. Volunteers will arrange wrapped and priced baked goods on the tables noting special sections for items such as Gluten-free.

Volunteers will artistically wrap bake goods for sale using Boutique supplied holiday wraps and ribbons. Experienced volunteers will price items after they are wrapped.

Volunteer will use their vehcile to pickup all bake sale items delivered to the CN&N meeting in the morning and deliver these items to the school round-about in the afternnon. Student bake sale runners will then deliver these items to the Wrapping area in the Lobby.
