Volunteers will direct Artisan traffic around the High School Building during the busy time for Artisans in the morning. They will direct Artisan vehicles to the proper spots and not allow them to block other vehicles.

Volunteers will help Artisans with needs and answer questions during setup of their booths. Volunteers should not touch or move Artisan's products.

Volunteers will greet arriving customers and answer any questions.  Make sure customers know CN&N is sponsoring the boutique and our profits go to support local non-profits in the form of grants. It helps to know several of these organizations by heart so you can list them for customers.  Refer them to the sign that lists the prior year grant recipients.  Make sure customers know there are 2 Artisan areas (gym and cafeteria). There is a CN&N sponsored Bake Sale and Booth where 100% of the profits for to support local non-profits. For customers who want to learn more about Conifer Newcomers & Neighbors, direct them to the CN&N Booth, which also doubles as the Volunteer Registration table, behind you in the lobby. Greeters should limit socializing with friends as their priority should be as greeters, the first face customers see as they enter the boutique.

Last Shift: After Boutique ends, volunteers will breakdown CN&N Booth by packing supplies, folding tables, and chairs, and loading supplies into vehicles.

Volunteers will remove all CN&N Boutique materials in the School Gym and Cafeteria and Lobby. This includes Removing Booth Markings/Signs, Removing Electrical, Sweeping and Removing Gym Tarp and General Cleaning. Student helpers will be available to help with this job. Voluteers will be assigned a job by the Location Chair on arrival.
