VOLUNTEER

The setup of the Gym booths has been broken down into six jobs: Setting/Taping the tarp over the Gym floor, marking/labeling booth locations, setting electrical cords and lobby setup of signage. Voluteers will be assigned a job by the Location Chair on arrival.

STUDENTS ONLY: Volunteers will meet CN&N Members in their cars in the circle in the front of school to carry baked goods to the bake sale wrapping Station in the School lobby. Volunteers will be outside, so prepare based on the weather.

STUDENTS ONLY: Volunteers will be responsible for running lunches from the food service (Trucks or Cafeteria) to individual artisans. An artisan will put in an order for lunch at the cafeteria counter, pay for it, and instead of waiting for the lunch to get made, the artisan will give the receipt with his/her booth number on it to a waiting Student Artisan Helper. When the artisan’s order is ready, the Student Artisan Helper will run the meal to the artisan's booth. Under no circumstance should a Student Artisan Helper leave the school campus to pick up lunches at local eating establisments.

Volunteers will remove all CN&N Boutique materials in the School Gym and Cafeteria and Lobby. This includes Booth Breakdown, Remove Drapes/Tarp General Clean, Sweep, Bag all Trash, Fold all Tables and Stack all Chairs. Volunteers should be cautious around Artisan merchandise. Please be careful not to break anything!
